The reviews are honestly not wrong, it took about 15 minutes for someone to answer the speaker, I waited because I had already placed my mobile order and I didn't see the reviews until I was already in line so once I got my food and checked my order, I was missing something but the worker was really nice that's why I'm not giving a bad review but quite a few people did drive off while waiting in line.
Came to say that I really appreciated the customer service provided by Mariah E. in the drive through this evening. Superb! She was smiling and friendly, a warm light during this cold day! Thank you!
