Dissappointed in terrible customer service and bland food. I've been a loyal customer for years when the original Franz location started off. I stopped coming for a couple of months since the food is not the same and tastes bland and old. Decided to give it another shot, called in a nacho order 20 min ahead waited in front of the truck for another 5 min because the lady's were busy. She said my order would be another 15 minutes because she got my order wrong and thought I said fajita when I said pollo. She was very rude and I'm disappointed especially because I know the owner is hard working but if these are the people he's hiring somethings got to change. Ended up not buying anything and went to the taco truck down the road Taquerita el rancho where the service and food were good

Got the enchiladas with chicken and I was completely disappointed yet again. I’ve gotten them before and the enchiladas were more so decorated in lettuce. This order well got chicken but no cheese and they were not rolled like enchiladas they were folded like tacos. So it was a big mess they were sitting on a bed of lettuce which makes them cold quicker than more lettuce on top. Why???Needles to say I won’t go back we literally spent like $32 just to trash the food because in addition the chicken was hard and salty.Save your money guys make your own enchiladas at home for way much cheaper.See photos

KATY, TX 77493 / TACO FOOD TRUCK / 11-28-23 / DINNER +The pastor and birria tacos were pretty good; the meat wasn't overcooked or dry. -The chicken tacos had bits of hard tendon or bone in them. My little one bit down on something and it caused a mouth injury. -The tacos were a bit salty for me. -The corn tortillas are standard mass-produced and didn't hold up well. -The salsas' spicy level weren't quite there - no kick to them.

The worst tacos I have ever eaten, my orders were 3, al pastor and fajita, apart from the fact that the taste was not good, they were delivered to me cold and on a plate two tacos only had one tortilla, cold and broken, so that plate Those two tacos were out of the question, I paid for 5 but literally only 3 were fit for a taco. They added charro beans by order, when I asked for them they only gave me one and with a bad attitude, I asked him for the other two and he didn't answer me and turned around ignoring me. I definitely do not recommend them and we will not return there.

Meat is not like it used to be, we ordered al pastor, and the meat is dry.. hard , not fresh.

I was starving so I ordered the enchiladas with beef. They gave me four cheese tacos dipped in enchilada sauce with a dry, thin slice of beef. I’ve never seen enchiladas done this way and hopefully won’t see it again as i will not be coming back.

We tried the birria tacos, the torta, and elote. The birria consume seemed really thin, like watered down thin. The meat had a good flavor and was tender. The torta was good, no complaint there. The elote was just a cup of cold corn, straight from the can it seemed, topped with cheese and crema. It was definitely not worth it. The salsas were delicious, especially the salsa verde. Overall, for $35, I was a bit disappointed and will not be going back.

Service friendly & orders can be made in Spanish or English. Today credit card payment method was available. The ambiance is what you would expect for a food truck located in a gas station parking lot, next to a relatively busy intersection. Sitting is limited to three small round tables with metal seats. Not ideal during the summer heat but ok for evening sitting, if available. No privacy, unless you eat, or wait, in your vehicle. Torta de Reyes (2/5): unmemorable beef flavor, beans ok, medium~thick soft breading, single small slice of avocado. Solid meal portion but missed that authentic torta flavor. Elote (2/5): original, basic flavors of corn & a bit of queso fresco. Not soupy. Small cup. No exciting flavors. Pricing in my opinion for these two items are a bit high for flat taste; but to be expected in this economy.

We tried the birria tacos for the first time and were sincerely disappointed, looks good but the meat lacked flavor/seasoning, I had to add salt, pepper and hot sauce when I got home. We've been to Mexico 3 times on vacation and it definitely didn't represent the typical Mexican flavor. Not sure about the rest of the menu but the Birria is a NO

Adorable taco truck in the gas parking lot! They have outdoor seating with a set of giant jenga! I love how they have a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready for those who prefer to wait in their car! I always order the al pastor tacos and they're amazing! My only wish is they have pineapples for my al pastor! Their tacos always come on a vibrant plate with grilled onions/veggies on the side. They also take card!

Best Carne asada tacos I've eaten in houston. The gringa was delicious as well. Glad it is so close to our house!
