tacos el grande has some of the best birria in katy!! they have lots of options that are all, in my opinion, affordable. i got a giant birria quesadilla for $6. consome does cost extra though.
I heard about this place and thought I would give it a try. I only tried their Birria tacos and regular tacos. Their regular tacos are $2 but they are TINY, for their size they should be $1. Their Birria tacos were good but not great. They give you all this onion on the side that isn't really necessary. The plate should come with the tacos and some other sides beside all that onion and beets. Overall I'm glad I tried them but not enough food for the price.

Adorable taco truck in the gas parking lot! They have outdoor seating with a set of giant jenga! I love how they have a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready for those who prefer to wait in their car! I always order the al pastor tacos and they're amazing! My only wish is they have pineapples for my al pastor! Their tacos always come on a vibrant plate with grilled onions/veggies on the side. They also take card!
