Wrong order, asked nicely for the correct order. They laughed hysterically as the door was closed. They gave me the correct order but smashed it in a cup it was a cone. I refused to take it smashed in a cup. Then they charged me for an extra twirl that I did not order. I asked for a refund for the chocolate dipped cone and twirl and the person who said he was in charge said he gave me one. But could not give me a receipt. They did not refund me anything. I loved everything about my experience! The staff helped me choose the best cone and were very knowledgeable about the treats. This definitely put a smile on my face as I sat there and enjoyed my Twistee Treat. I will be back. An easy 10/10 for me!
We had Annabelle greet us at the window tonight and her customer service was BEYOND amazing! She made our night. The ice cream is great! Will be returning soon!
