One would think that would be an easy task to complete, however until El Rincon joined the neighborhood, we were always on the hunt for better. El Rincon’s tortillas are soft and chewy, the perfect vessel for my egg, bean and cheese that nobody else can ever get “just right.” Not to mention, the green salsa is a great addition to anything!
