My food was cold.
I wanted to share an experience we had through the drive through. We have given Wendy’s over a week to respond to the incident.
After my daughter’s swim meet she asked for Wendy’s as a treat. We quickly stopped through the drive thru to order her something. My husband, who has an accent, placed the order. The guy taking the order started making fun of him. Pronouncing words incorrectly and laughing while taking the order. Once we got to the window the two kids still smirked at the situation. The manager came to the window and apologized on their behalf.
How disgusting to have this type of behavior. Wendy’s has done NOTHING to address the discrimination my husband had to deal with based on the way he speaks. Think of other people who may go through and what they will deal with when encountering these disgusting boys.
Wendy’s needs to take accountability!

Nia at the drive thru window is great , excellent customer service I went inside to give her manager a good review face to face . Food hot , great team I love it here☺️
Not good old food
It’s not even busy and they still got it wrong. I ordered the new Cajun crunch which comes with spicy pepper jack… this looks like Kraft singles on here. Also the fries are so dry they’re getting caught in my throat!!! Are they from yesterday? They’re cold and greasy but dry. Disappointed just go to Fairfield it’s right down the street.
It was good, just the fries were kinda cold. Everything else was satisfactory.
The service was quick and fast. The lady in the drive through was friendly. My grievance is with the food !! I was totally disgusted. I visited this Wendy's on 3/7/25 around 9 pm. I ordered two meals. The fries were hard and cold and had a taste of burnt oil. My chicken sandwich was burnt and rubbery. It tasted as if it was sitting in the fryer for centuries. It was also half the size of the bun. I am so disappointed because I thought Wendy's had a standard that they always serve hot fresh frys. I should have checked my food before pulling off. I was tired my daughter was hungry and I just want to go home. My order came out to 21 dollars for nasty food. This is my closest Wendy's but I definitely will not be going back !!
I order online through the app and when I got there it wasn't done so I had to wait for 10 minutes and then they didn't even do my burger right and forgot my sauce and I had to go pack around to ask for all that and they're rude never again at this place

I went in in the morning to grab a sandwich and a coffee and the sandwich was cold it was greasy All they gave me fries because they charged me for the meal when I just wanted the coffee and the sandwich and those were cold as well the coffee was lukewarm and actually tasted stale but the girl at the drive-thru was so sweet

Get to the mic, and they couldn't find my order. Waited.
They find it say drive around
Get to the window...pull up and wait. Someone comes and says they didn't have a potato. (They can remove it from the app if they had a good manager) he asked what he could replace it with. I said to replace it with an equivalent burger.
A different person comes out with three bags, two of which were on my order. The third bag had a cheeseburger, not equivalent to a $5 potato. Was missing a small drink and no straw.
So, what is the purpose of ordering on the app if they can't get it right. Seems like it would get better but not at this store.
