Lauren is the best server we’ve had at this location. She was so attentive and sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed. We work in food and know how is works and she checked all the boxes.However… the older woman that was on the floor was so rude to the servers and actually was to us too but she only delivered us a drink. If she can’t control her anger in front of customers then she needs to not work FOH. I used to GM, I get being stuck all day at work, but for the customers to see her being rude and out of pocket with the servers that’s out of line.Lauren is wonderful, I wish every server I had everywhere was like her

For the last couple of months we have gone to wolfies and something has definitely changed! Maybe ownership? I do not even see the original management team in there anymore. Customer service has really been horrible each time and the new servers are not attentive toCustomers. The atmosphere has changed and this use to be our favorite spot especially during crawfish season. Sadly I will no longer return to this location and I hope the location on 249 does not change cause I will have to stop all together. I hope management sees this and work on whipping this place back into shape. I gave themAt least two stars because the crawfish was pretty good.

I watched the waitresses bully another waitress so bad last night it was ridiculous in front of everyone then they sent her home afterwards the 2 waitresses talked about how they would divide up her tips , they literally followed the new girl around cursed her out in front of my table with my family f bombs flying the girl was obviously embarrassed,new to the job and these other employees including the manager ganged up on her and acted like fools I don't know who the new owner is but I wonder if he knows how low rent these people make his establishment look really low class as compared to before

Terrible service. Sat for 30 mins with just water. Ordered crawfish and total time there was over 2 hours. Ridiculous.

Had 9 people coming to celebrate a birthday, got sat at a booth and told when a table opens up its ours. Waited 20 min then finally one opened up and our waitress had it cleaned for us. We proceeded to move when the manager (a man) said we couldn’t sit there "he promised it to someone else and its for a party of 7." There’s 9 of us but we have to sit in the little booth elbow to elbow or split our party into two separate booths which completely defeats the point of celebrating a birthday. Food was ok but you can get better food and service somewhere else. Oh and the manager LIED. The big table we couldn't sit at he gave to a party of 5 not 7 while I had to sit at a separate booth away from the birthday girl.
The owner was super helpful! My battery needed a boost during the Freeze

Went in today with a group of 7 and asked to pull 2 tables together on the bar side of the establishment. Manager told me they dont do that on game days.Well that is a bold faced lie. Ive been coming here for 10 years now and there are always groups with tables pulled together on “game day”.Nice job, you lost a loyal customer. I spend a lot and tip very well. Good luck!
