My wife picked up our food for dinner and when she got home the chicken was uncooked and the coleslaw was bad. I posted a review that has since disappeared and was contacted by someone named Shawn Taylor that was supposedly a spokesperson for them. They apologized extensively and wanted us to give them another chance "on them". I have messaged Shawn Taylor a number of times with no responses. No surprise why that location is so awful.
I love Zaxby’s! This is the closest location to me so whenever I’m in the area I always stop by. I love that they have wings and toast too unlike Chick Fil A. Everyone is so kind and cheerful at this location. I’ve worked in the food business before and I know that the public can be really cruel sometimes but the staff here manages to keep smiles and a positive pleasant demeanor! I have no complaints and I must say I always return for the food AS WELL AS the service!
