This is one of the best Zaxby's locations out there. Service at the counter is fast and friendly and food is always hot and fresh. I also love their variety of drinks in the drink machine too. Conveniently located near the outlet mall too.

Upon entering the establishment I was promptly greeted by one of the most professional, courteous, considerate, and respectful human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. This young gentleman, Lu, sporting a blinding smile and the poise of a manager well beyond his years; ensured my experience was nothing but memorable. The only critique I would offer is that I wish there was a line out the door. The customer service, cleanliness, and overall vibe of this establishment...

The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The chicken strips were very good. The toast was some of the best ever. Not a fan of their coleslaw, couldn't even eat it all.
