I came in after 8pm. Had been to a Memorial and had some family at my hotel room. The gentleman was so fantastic with his Customer Service. He and the Crew on duty,, They fixed everything in my order completely fresh.. . They made My day so much better. . I would recommend to others.

We stopped in for lunch on the road traveling. The service was absolutely horrible. They don’t care what you want and it’s obvious by the dirty restaurant they don’t do anything around there. Didn’t have tea out had to ask and they acted surprised. Forgot my dipping sauce had to go back and ask again. Bathrooms were filthy. Just a grossed out experience. Makes Subway sound better and better for next time. You be ashamed of this restaurant if you’re the owner or manager. That’s what happens when you hire stoned kids to work. Smh. Horrible place don’t bother you have many other choices of places to eat.

Have been here quite a few times over the year and their service has just gotten worse over time the food is awesome. but they very rarely get the order right and lately half the food I ordered isn't even in the bag when I get home. Three words….OUT OF CHICKEN! WTH!! Drove Drove 735 miles from the west valley of Phoenix heading to the Midwest. Planning on some crispy hot chicken for dinner in Dalhart. Pulled into the drive thru at 7:35 only to be informed that they only have eight wings left and were totally out of chicken. Popeyes and KFC NEVER run out of chicken! Pathetic!
Buyer Beware - Tuesday, Sept. 10 about 2 pm. We ordered the 12 piece tender with a listed price of $20.99. When we went to check out the male cashier said we owed $35.57. I told him it says $20.99. He said they raised the price today. We walked out.

I was trying to order a kids meal chicken chips. They kept trying to sell me a combo or something, anyway they charged me around $9 for two chicken strips meal. The guy just wasn't listening to me.
