The older guy at counter was so rude like he was mad we walked in to order. No customer service what so ever. . Then got my order wrong and snapped at me when I asked him for fork. I asked how will I eat my green beans?

We have eaten at this place a few times now, twice a year when travelling. First experience was awesome. It has progressively gotten worse. We get the catfish now, because it was so good the first time. This time these things had changed: you still get a really good dinner Roll, fresh, but no butter offered or given for it; the fish pieces are about half the size that they were before; one tartar sauce packet given for 2 pieces of fish, I requested more; no ketchup offered or given for French fries, which were so, so overcooked we couldn't even bite into them - they honestly snapped like a twig when I tried to eat them; I did complain about the fries on the way out, just so they would know how bad they were, but I don't know if the crew understood what I was saying. My husband did like the dirty rice though.

Really don't matter what you get, IT'S ALL GOOD. I MEAN FROM THE SERVICE, TO THE GOOD, EVEN THE PRICES!!!! They have really good specials and those crispy, on the outside fluffy on the inside pillow potatoe French fries are awesomeness in itself. Yall come on it n getcha some, cmon.

Stopped here 2 hours before closing, didn’t have any chicken and didn’t want to cook any apparently. A few other customers were here also and they only were able to get chicken tenders because that’s all that was available.

Worst experience ever add a Golden Chick! Server got my order wrong and when I tried to talk to them about it, either they didn’t understand me or they didn’t care. Also, I asked for another tray and they ignored me. The tray was warped and wobbly. The only good thing about this place is it’s very clean. Period.
