This BBQ is the best I've ever had. The pork ribs were perfect and every side was just as good. When asked about my favorite BBQ, I'll say that "west Texas has the best BBQ in America."
Passing through we stopping for lunch. Got a double brisket Sammy with beans and slaw. Little one got kid rib meal. Great portions! Tasty meat, not too heavy on the sauce. Very friendly staff!

After 9 hours of driving finding Hodies was just what we needed. My husband loved his catfish dinner. I had chicken fried steak, good comfort food. The wait staff was very friendly. We felt very welcomed. May need to add this place on our list of places to stop in future years.
