“I have eaten there 3 times now and their Chicken Fried Steak is awesome. had it twice. no other Cafe around can complete with it. their biscuits and gravy was delicious with eggs, has browns and bacon. all the waitresses have been so polite and your coffee cup is aways full. I met the owner and she is so sweet. very friendly yes the Cafe is out of the way but gems are not always out in the open for you to find. you have to look for this one but it is well worth the looking if you want some good cooking that is worth the stop.”

We received excellent answers to all our questions and it was easy to order over the phone. The drive up window was perfect and the food was hot. Will definitely stop here again.”

“A diamond in the rough, the Red Baron is located in a small airport that has a few older buildings from its air base days. The restaurant had a great exterior, a nice interior decor, delightful food and superior service. It is a few miles outside of the town of Dalhart TX, but well worth the trip. I'm told that it fills up after church on Sunday.”
