We always try and stop on our way from Oklahoma to Colorado. Great food and great service, today we enjoyed our visit with the sweetest little waitress Zoe.
Great food, atmosphere and service!

XIT Woodfire Grill offers an enjoyable dining experience with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The western decor and music help create a pleasant ambiance. Highlights include exceptional food such as the tender ribeye and the prime rib, which was tender with a smoky spice. The bread served is considered some of the best ever, and the atmosphere feels open thanks to well-spaced tables and interesting antiques on the walls. The bathroom is very clean and easy to access. The service is generally quick, with food arriving within about 10 minutes, and the staff is friendly and kind, making the experience even better. The cold beer and overall environment make it worth the extra cost, especially for those craving steaks like the filet mignon, which is delicious but market-priced. Brisket tacos are also a popular choice. Despite being busy for a Sunday lunch, wait times for food and service are short, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The bacon wrapped poppers, steak sliders and shrimp tacos were all delicious. The Ribeye steaks were yummy 10/10. Their mashed potatoes tasted homemade 9/10. The cornbread was fabulous. Steak is great.
