I've stayed in Dalhart and driven through more times than I can count. Never had the opportunity to eat here until today. They did not disappoint! Great steak! Great service! I highly recommend!
We found this a couple of trips back, and now we plan on eating here! The food is great! Servers are friendly & courteous. Management comes by to check if you're happy. The Texas decor is very entertaining, and the staff in the bar will find your game if it's on TV.The salads are crisp & fresh. The huge chopped steak is smothered in gravy with onions and mushrooms. We ate at the bar and were given prompt attention. I had the brisket tacos. They were pretty good. The bar tender though knew to just look over and not really interrupt the conversation and when something needed attention would just take care of it.
