First time here, and we really liked it.We've always gone to Clayton's Taqueria Dalhart #2 for our road trip breakfast, but this time it was closed. So we tracked down the original. It's off the beaten path, so find it on your map app. The exterior is plain white, but open the screen door and step into a terrific and authentic Mexican atmosphere.I can only speak for the breakfast burritos. Strong Mexican food in the middle of nowhere. Tacos were B+, and pretty darn good chips. Great salsa bar (get the transparent-y green salsa over the opaque green, although both are good). Really good cucumber lemon agua frescas too.

We had the carnitas, barbacoa, and al pastor tacos and they were fantastic! The staff was super sweet and we did not wait long for our food. They also have a few Mexican snacks candies and drinks for sale which I appreciated. Would definitely eat here
