Good service

We were driving through Dalhart, TX and ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza through the app. When we got to our hotel and opened the box, there was a huge bubble in the middle that made the entire pizza soggy and the toppings were all messed up. It was such a disappointment, but it was too far to drive back to return. Why would they send a pizza out like that? It should have been remade.

The customer service is amazing. Mrs. Lisa is incredible. She is so kind. Really great people. They are so nice and wonderful. The food was cooked perfectly. So fresh and fast. Highly recommend.

They lost my order. When they “found” it, they gave me two pizzas that in no way came to the $35.00 I paid through the app. The person at the window was rude and kept talking over me.

Got an order of the hot n ready crazy puffs, but they were cold in the middle. The cheese wasn't melted inside.

The place is cool and all, but there is a lady who is very bitter towards the customers. I went to buy two pizzas, I gave her one for 50 and she just told me that she couldn't sell it to me and that she only wanted one dollar without the lady, it would be better.

The lady who works in the afternoon at the window is very rude. If she doesn’t want to work there and serve people why does she. They never answer the phone and I saw a lady walk past the ringing phone when I was inside. Horrible customer service ?
