8/2/25 11pm-ish: I ordered a #1 (big mac). Got our food, went to the hotel, found they gave me a crispy chicken meal? Swapped with my spouse. YOU CANNOT TRUST MCDONALDS ANYMORE. 3 STATES THIS YEAR AND THEY CANNOT GET MY ORDER RIGHT. i don't even customize it lol

Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder and got a regular. Update: 3 months later, ordered a double deluxe quarter pounder and got a single. I might turn this into a drinking game..

The past three times I went they got my order wrong and then when I just went I waiting in line forever and they didn’t even get my order right so I tried explaining that they got it wrong and the lady just handed me my bag and said have a nice day so I had to go around again and I said something to the other guy and they didn’t even nothing and still yet again got my order wrong.

Ordered a coke and a water. But only got one cup to fill. Had to ask the lady three times for a second cup, after she directed me twice to the dispenser for cups of water…. I don’t think the people working here know what they are doing.

We used the automatic ordering kiosk. The tables were not real dirty but you could tell they had not been wiped off. The floor needed to be swept. There was a loud beeper going off in the kitchen for quite awhile. You could hear the beeper in the doning room. The noise was annoying as you ate. There was no soap in the bathroom. One hand dryer was under performing, barely blowing. The counters were all wet and wet under the broken hand dryer. The toilets were clean. Our food came out quickly and hot. Breakfast was served until 11 am. The late breakfast hour was appreciated by many travlers coming and going to western states. If the hand dryer was repaired or replaced and soap was added the bathroom would be great. If the front of the restaurant was clean and beeping noise was managed by staff more quickly this would be a nice place to eat. The staff was courteous.

We came in and ordered off the kiosk. Got my food and I ordered a 4 piece mccrispy chicken strips or whatever they’re called. They only gave me 3 but they gave me another one when I showed them.
We had a group of 5 and there wasn’t a lot of seating for us all, especially a spot that was cleans One of the employees was eating at a big table that would have fit all of us but instead of sitting in a spot for one person she decided a spot for several people was appropriate. I had to have an employee come clean another spot so we could sit together and eat.
The food was good. My fries were cold but the chicken strips came out piping hot and fresh.
The lobby was busy but on my travels I’ve seen a lot of really clean and a lot of filthy McDonald’s. You can see who hustles and cares and who don’t. There are plenty of people working and a filthy lobby, table and chairs is never acceptable. I’ve seen someone at a recent place I’ve eaten who wasn’t only worker besides one cook. It was a lot busier and the guy was bartending, taking orders, delivering food, busing tables and had a great attitude. He took peoples orders from memory and got everything correct. He was doing all of that alone and it was insanely busy. No excuse to have a dirty restaurant when you have tons of people working.

I don't know how they cook their chicken, but obviously they do not cook it Right. when I got my spicy chicken to luxe.The chicken was very cold when I received the mill and also I think that it caused my stomach irritation because ever since I ate it.I wanna say 2-3 hours after my stomach started hurting. Other than that I don't have any other concerns.Just the matter of fact that they need to cook the chicken better Or at least cook it right.
