Always loved this place! We've been going since shortly after they opened. The Crab Cakes Florentine is outstanding! Awesome mimosas as well. We drove by 504 Bar the other day and it was closed, which I found strange for a Saturday afternoon. I got out and looked in the windows and it was all tore up. Booths and tables gone etc. Anyone know what's going on with them? Closed permanently? Renovating? Moving to a different location?

I am from Austin. I went to the bar to watch the USA soccer game with some friends. I ordered 1 pitcher of beer and 3 tacos. I closed my tab and signed my ticket. The next day I had 2 other charges on my card for $35 and $85. I called the store multiple times with no answer. I finally got a hold of the owner late that evening. I explained the situation. He got my info and said he'd call me in the morning to fix it. Never heard from him. I noticed when I was on the phone with him, he sounded drunk. He said next time I am there to mention his name and they'll take care of me. All I wanted was for them to fix the charges that weren't mine. The next week, some friends went there and inquired about it. They say he was in no state of mind to be dealing with books, because it seemed like he was drunk and was very unhelpful. I disputed the transactions and he is currently fighting the dispute. This guy, knowing that it was his people and establishment that made a mistake, still wants ME to be responsible. I've been in the restaurant industry for 23 years and I have NEVER seen this type of blatant disregard to customer service. Basically, they want ME to pay for THEIR mistake. If you go here, you making a HUGE MISTAKE. Take my word.

Do not order take out or delivery on any apps from here. They claim they "didn't get it" and either say, "sorry sort it out with the app" or make you wait another 40 minutes at their bar while they make it AND YOU GET DOUBLE CHARGED! Staff is rude, food is garbage. They got 2 stars cause if you just want to go get drunk at a loud area, it's an okay option.

Just walked into 504 Bar & Grill for a quick bite. Bar area was filthy. Booth tables were also dirty. Then the waitress looked at us and loudly asked who would serve us as if she didn't want to do it. Needless to say, we left with a quickness. No sense spending our money where customer service is nonexistent. This was very unfortunate because I have ordered from here via UberEats quite often and wanted to experience it in person.

Very nice place and cozi. I could say its kinda a romantic place to for a sports bar. I just think the staff were a little non-responsive to use longer than we liked. 15 mins sitting b4 anyone helped us.

We've been to this bar a few times and it's been an OK place to hang out. Tonight however was quite interesting. Really good music and the wings and french dip were really good. Great service from the bartender and waitresses. But, then we witnessed the owner drinking heavily and shoving one of the young waitresses around. Was truly disturbing. We asked around, and found out that this happens frequently. Dude deserves a kick in the teeth. Won't be back.

Idk how many people have to complain about the owner Dan until something changes. Every time we are there he is drunk with friends and being rude to patrons. We usually go to meet friends that really like some of the bartenders. Tonight was definitely the last time we will attend 504. Tonight, Dan, the owner almost got in a fight with one of the patrons after they told him how they did not appreciate how he treated his employees. The food is actually good and some of the bartenders are great. I just can't continue to go and give my money to a person that does not care about their employees and patrons.
