I had a great experience with a la carte service wise. They were quick to respond to me when I asked them for a quote, kind over the phone, professional, and easy to work with. I have no complaints there. However, the food was what we had problems with. They gave me exactly what I ordered and there was plenty - but it did not taste great. Every one of the sandwiches was tasteless and watery. The broccoli and cauliflower on the veggie tray was cooked, making the rest of the vegetables...
I’ve used A La Carte to cater a couple of our company events and we had a great experience! Their team is very friendly and provided great customer service. We also really enjoyed the food, will definitely use them again!
The food was very tasty well presented and the staff professionally delivered the wonderful food at the Dallas College Innovation Center ribbon-cutting. I highly recommend A La Carte Catering.
