I was greatly surprised by the food and the drinks. Late Tuesday evening because American Airlines cancelled our flight. We booked a room at the Hyatt quickly. We came to the Aces bar with low expectations and the service was quick and kind. Everything was clean. Several people around. Tortilla soup was delish, wings as well, waffle fries were fresh and yummy. The makers mark with passion fruit was a hit! Try it.

Been here quite a few times. Service is normally pretty good and decent depending on your server. Service can tend to be slow due to high volume of attendees. Had the chicken wings (pretty good), fig flat bread was just okay and not my taste flavor profile, chip and dips are average. There are some funny/awesome servers here but like I mention it can be slow due to kitchen or volume in people. The manager Terry is an awesome guy with great hospitality. If they hired him at American Airlines, Management would run a lot more smoothly if he was around ✨️ with his skills set and the way he talks would turn the airlines much better. Even just meeting him or the servers and you're having a bad day, they could turn that frown upside down ?

Reasonable prices for a restaurant in a hotel in the airport. The food and service were fantastic! So thankful we had this option so late on a weekday after our flight was cancelled.

We ate here twice when we stayed at the hotel for 2 days, and the service was an absolute nightmare. Just horrible. I served my family drinks and drink refills from the bar, as the server visited our table only two times...once to take our order and once to give us a check...both visits were because I flagged him down. When I visited the bar to get drinks and such explaining my situation to the bar tender in a respectful manner, the bar tender rolled his eyes at me and looked the other direction like I was the problem. They were not busy at all, they had plenty of staff, absolutely no excuse. They were too busy talking and laughing with each other. Terrible all the way around, and when everyone is bad, that means that management is bad. Zero accountability, none! Also my BBQ platter was literally 1/2 fat, and only 1/2 meat. Ugh. Both meals were $150 and we didn't even drink alcohol....lol, probably should have ~

I only had a few cocktails and a salad w/protein. But the service was excellent as though I ordered a 5 course meal. I was very satisfied and recommended dining there for lunch or dinner.
Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options available. Mostly meat served.

My first visit was less than great but enjoyable nonetheless. My server did not greet me within a timely manner after a ten minute wait so I decided to go to the bar. I was greeted by a sweet and kind bartender by the name Brandi. This young woman made my wait feel non existent by her cherry deposition and delicious very berry lemon drop Martini. She even made a great suggestion for tacos. I loved my food once I was seated. She went above and beyond to make my first experience a happy one. I Definitely will return with my colleagues.

It's OK. Service is good. Food was convenient. Had the Texas potato. Brisket wasn't very Texas. They were naming it for the size. I'll return if I stay at the Hyatt again.
