The meat was tender and well-seasoned, cooked to perfection with just the right kick of spice that warms your chest without overpowering the palate.

I paired it with steamed rice and a side of vegetable soup, which complemented the dish beautifully. The vegetable soup was hearty and flavorful, a perfect balance to the heat of the pepper soup.
