Visited Shebelle today with a friend for dinner, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Yusuf was our server, and he provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations. This has quickly become my new favorite spot, and I can't wait to come back and try more dishes.

Veggie combo pretty good. First visit they weren't open during posted hours, but 2nd visit they were.

Shebelle Bar & Grill offers an amazing experience from start to finish, with delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, always ready to explain the dishes and traditions. The food is made fresh and tastes fresh each time. The injera is soft and fresh, serving as the perfect base for rich and aromatic stews. The doro wot is deeply spiced and comforting, while the lamb and beef dishes are tender and cooked to perfection. The vegetable sampler and the shebelle sampler are both incredibly fresh and flavorful. Other favorites include the combo platter, samosas, plantains, Ugali, Atkilt Alicha, and Misir kik wot. The house margaritas are surprisingly good. The atmosphere is relaxing, with a quiet and slow vibe during the day, and music that increases as the evening wears. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the music and vibe make it a great choice for casual dinners and special nights out. Whether dining in or ordering to-go, the service is phenomenal. Shebelle Bar & Grill delivers an authentic, flavorful, and memorable experience that celebrates East African cuisine. Highly recommended.
