Seattle, WA here! Peanut butter chocolate is by far ONE of my favorite go to ice creams on the planet. Today I went out of my comfort zone and purchased (alec's); Peanut Butter Fudge Honeycomb. I could give you long winded review, about how delightful this ice cream is, but I'll keep it short. Only place I found with dry ice that I needed for a camping trip. I prefer dry ice especially when I don't want water getting into food packages, etc. They helped me out and gave me a great tip... Wrap the ice in towels (you'll need a bigger chest but worth it) to make it last longer. Exposure to air makes it evaporate quicker. I believe I got away with 2 pounds per day but I would do least 3 pounds if opening and closing the chest a lot.
