Nice food, good vibe, but the service from „Jose M” wasn’t great - specifically the pressure tactics to buy alcoholic drinks. Not everyone is able to drink alcohol, in my case medically, and it was uncomfortable to hear multiple sarcastic comments about ordering a real drink. One comment is fine, but 4 or 5 is not needed and is patronising.

Don’t order the mac n cheese 😢 it was weirdly sweet and didn’t really seem like mac n cheese. The chicken fingers were fine. I typically adore mac n cheese in all its presentations, but the sauce was so odd. I ended up eating from my husband’s food.

The service was fast.

This Applebees is located in the restricted departure area of Terminal D around gate D18. Opening hours are 5am to 8.30pm daily, there is a fair amount of seating. Menu is a shorter version of the normal Applebees restaurant.

Stopped by recently for an order of the Mozzarella sticks and glass of beer. Service was friendly and fast. Prices a bit high but not unexpected for airport restaurants. Food tasted as expected. Was able to watch several sports programmes...
