Also got the Bahn Fire Bowl with tofu per the other reviewers. However, I was informed that it isn't vegan by default and you have to order it Gluten Free in order for it to be vegan.. so heads up if you just order it regularly. Located between gates D10 and D11 in front of the Applebees. I've been to DFW 4 times in the last month and the Amex Lounge nearby hasn't really had anything vegan as they put cheese or something on every dish. So this place is the next best thing nearby.
I went to the one in terminal C across from gate C22. Ordered the veganized pad thai (i.e., hold the egg) with tofu (another $4). Totally overpriced but expected of airport restaurants. Tasted decent enough to keep me from starving on my flight home, but it was excessively greasy. There are a few other veganizable options and a vegan California roll. The grab n go sushi option was nice to see and know if you're in a pinch and need to quickly grab something with more substance than a bag of chips. The menu is clearly marked and the fried rice came out super fast.
