Freshëns Reviews
Bought tuna sandwich. $11. About 2 tablespoons of tuna and wheat bread. 1/2 of 1 slice of tomato. 1 limp piece of lettuce.
In the airport by the gates. Got the location. Automatic tip request.
I had both the Bahn Fire Bowl last week and the Blazing Noodle dish today at the D10 location. Both of them I substituted the chicken for tofu with no charge or problem.
They were both spicy and delicious!
Airport priced, but very satisfying.
The bread was stale and dry. No condiments available, which would have helped. Definitely not a good sandwich for the prices. Unfortunately, not many good options in C36 for a quick bite! Not a good representation of Boar’s Head Brand.

Freshëns, located at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, offers a variety of grab-and-go options, including sushi and a Bahn Fire Bowl with tofu. The menu is clearly marked, making it easy for customers to find vegan options. However, the Bahn Fire Bowl is not vegan by default and should be ordered gluten-free to be vegan-friendly. Travelers can also enjoy a vegan-friendly Pad Thai dish, though some reviews mention it can be excessively greasy. The restaurant has received feedback on the pricing, with meals being considered expensive for the portion sizes, such as the $15.99 Bahn Fire Bowl, plus an additional charge for tofu. Despite the cost, customers find the meals satisfying and flavorful, with options like the Blazing Noodle dish and green curry being popular. Overall, Freshëns provides a convenient dining option for travelers, with several vegan and vegetarian choices available, all clearly marked on the menu.
