Ordered on the app, drove to the store to find the doors locked at quarter to 5pm. Had to wait in the drive thru for my dry, overcooked burger served by a rude crew member and eat in the parking lot staring at homeless tent city. Not sure the food is even safe to eat with these clowns running the show. Worst Arby’s experience I’ve ever had. Never coming back here.

The food is always good and fresh and the bread is always soft. Unfortunately there are homeless people everywhere but that isn't their fault. What is their fault is the broken windows that are not repaired trash in the parking lot and nasty bathroom.

Wanted to buy a meal Sunday evening but lady was very rude, she twisted her mouth and did hand gesture like moving wheel. She said if I didn’t have a car they couldn’t sell me anything. There were no cars in line or around. I walked from the hospital and didn’t have a vehicle.

But it only had 4 of the steak pieces in there and I took it back to the counter and showed him and then took it back there and put an extra one in there. You're not supposed to do that, that's against. Public health maybe you need to remind

I am honestly unsure if the lady was a manager even though she stated she was. She had on a plain black t shirt with no logo nor name tag. I placed an order online for drive thru pick up and had questions about modifications. She at first said I could modify my order then once I placed my request told me I wasn’t able to. I ordered a 9pc steak bite combo large with curly fries and root beer. She gave me diet Dr Pepper as I seen her make through the window. She then rudely handed me my order and slammed the window. Then walked away. I ended up driving around because it was a car behind me. I let her know she gave me the wrong drink and she didn’t apologize or anything. Just rudely took the drink and had me park. The entire interaction made me feel like I was not wanted. When I asked her was she a manager she said yes and would not give me her name. I’ve always had great service at this location. I don’t know what it was about tonight but I will not be going back.

On July 16th I went to Arby's with my wife because it was close to Parkland. We ordered combo #2 and my wife's burger had a staple that almost swallowed and thank God nothing more happened. I would have liked to file a lawsuit against the place since returning the money alone is not enough. A person's life was at risk. Be careful
