On July 16th I went to Arby's with my wife because it was close to Parkland. We ordered combo #2 and my wife's burger had a staple that almost swallowed and thank God nothing more happened. I would have liked to file a lawsuit against the place since returning the money alone is not enough. A person's life was at risk. Be careful

Well I can't say that I was able to experience it being that I couldn't eat at it..
It was around 8:21 or something like that and the lottery was already closed.... Listen here thinking and talking about it for a long time and finally took the time to be able to come out here just for this... Then when finally leaving the direction we left we passed by the front window and you just see them leaning on the counter on their phones.... Like there are people out here looking for jobs and whatnot and you're taking advantage of having one and not even doing it properly... I understand why the rating would be as low as it,...

Was a pleasant visit. Food was hot and fresh. Wish they would play some music though it’s pretty quiet inside i could hear people chewing their food lol some people outside coming in and out waiting for their bus
THIS store has really REALLY SOLIDIFIED my decision to cook at home and leave THIS fast NOT food place alone. Cold, SLOPPY lazily prepared stale inedible so called gyros and so called cheddar fish sandwich. SMH.

The fish sandwich is an annual guilty pleasure for us. A couple things - Dining room wasn’t open, the potato cakes and fries had clearly been sitting out a while. Too much Tartar sauce for me. Positives - the sandwich was tasty - fish was fresh. We had custom modifications to the sandwiches, and they were correct.

Place seemed unclean and abandoned. Drove around the building multiple times to determine if they were open. Finally heard the voice of a worker as I passed through the drive thru. Wanted to try the new fish sandwich and drove about 30mins out of mt way to get it (in Dallas rush-hour traffic) no less. Hugh disappointment!! DRY, TOUGH, RUBBERY, LUKE-WARM AND MESSY, would be my description. Only gave it any stars because the worker was pleasant. Not a good place to go.
