I normally don't eat at arbys, I'm honestly surprised it's still in business. But SOME people I associate with do. This time it wasn't 3/4th bad, this specific franchise has decent employees who actually care about their jobs.

I had an amazing experience at this Arby’s! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. But what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional service from Jack. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude and great interaction made my meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about their customers, and Jack is definitely one of them. I’ll definitely...

I ordered the chicken sandwich, it was crispy, but very dry and thin. It did not look like the picture at all. The store itself was clean and welcoming and the service was timely and friendly.
