Hung out with a few friends and my girl (1st time here for us) on Saturday night and it was a nice little spot. No cover fee. The DJ played pretty good music (rap/dance/techno/etc). The vibe is chill with low light/dark atmosphere. Has tables, chairs, and some cushioned benches for seating. There's an additional bar in the back with limited seating. Drink prices range. Dark bar with creative cocktails. There is a row of bar seating, several booths, and a few large chairs.
At the back is a bookcase leaning to another bar that is only open in the evening.
It's located in the bishop arts district, a long street of diverse shops, restaurants, and bars. There is free street parking through the neighborhood.
This used to be my go to spot to listen to local DJs while being served by expert bartenders that can make everything taste good, however, I was recently removed by the owner without reason. I was approached by the bouncer and was told that I had to leave. A bit taken back I asked why, and was informed that the owner said that I had to go, and was being walked out before paying my tab.
