It is a great stop while wondering on the street. Additionally, the customization options for the fruit milk teas seem to be limited, as the sweetness levels cannot be adjusted for certain drinks, leading to drinks that are either too sweet or too bitter. The strawberry mango refresher was pretty good. The only issue with the place would be to find parking since it's heavily crowded in Bishop Arts.
