So auntie Anne’s was one of the jobs I had in high school and I still love the pretzels. I’m now vegan / dairy free, though, but if I ask for no butter the original is vegan. On Sunday 11/5 the young man automatically knew when I asked for no butter to go in the back and get tongs that had no butter to pick up the pretzel and I want to say shout out and thank you. Long live auntie Anne’s and great customer service even with a busy chaotic line.

The person that took my order couldn’t care less about her job. She was actually spinning a towel in her hand while asking “what do you want?” The bottom was burnt. I had better

First time having auntie anne’s and i was very pleased! pretzels where good and staff was nice . only thing i didn’t like was how the line builds up in the middle of the walkway and ends up blocking the path towards the restrooms .
