Walking into this place it’s old lol and I’m not knocking them for that a&w isn’t around much in my area so it’s great to see it still going. Woman at the counter was awesome she even come over to confirm my order was right. I also herd her telling the cook I want one all the way why is this like this guuurl get them for me. The service alone is why this place was great her level of details is a reason why you can’t judge a book by the cover. The food was hot and fresh not greasy. I was shocked that they had made it fresh but it’s huge marks for me because you know someone took time make it. I’m going to be back for a good burger that is hot and fresh when you order it and the fries super crispy wow!!! Very happy I made this pit stop keep it up team a&w you all handle business even through your busy. Kudos to you all

This visit was okay. Placed an online order, but it wasn't ready at the time indicated. One of the items was unavailable, but was replaced with suitable substitute once I arrived. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my order. I should have checked it before leaving because one of the platters was missing both of the sides that we ordered. The food we did receive was okay; however, the fish and chicken were slightly on the salty side.

I hate to do this because I like long johns but my experience was horrible.. 1st red flag was the young lady had her back towards the door leaning on the counter and was talking to someone on the phone about not wanting to be there that day. After she got off the phone I ordered. 2nd red flag loud music blasting over me so they couldn't hear the order. 3rd red flag bad vibe, not a clean environment they kept saying to each other (the cook and the cashier) they gonna have to wait we out of this we out of that.. 8/5/23I orderedPretty simple 12 piece family 9chicken 3 fish corn fries hush puppies.Hush puppies hard as rocks literally could bang them on my counter and they wouldn't break, chicken coming out of its skin like literally one bite and it was out of there. The fish was soaked in its own grease we couldn't even get through the first couple bites sad to say that was 48.? Dollars and some change wasted we tossed everything out that night because no one at the house wanted it.Couple hours passed my son feels sick husband feels sick I have a knot in my belly. Never again will I be back to long johns on 67and Polk. Ordered take out. Very poor restaurant management needs to reevaluate this location.

I wanted to like this location and give it a chance but it’s just failing miserably. Drive-through wait time is too long so I went inside to place my order. Inside is room temperature, it was very warm so I wasn’t comfortable dining in. My order took a while to get and even when I did my hotdog was overcooked and just tasted dry. Employees are talking a lot amongst each other and not working quickly enough in my opinion

This location has a lot of issues with maintenance and service. This last time I waited at the drivethru window (which has 4-5 different speakers for some reason) for several minutes without any answer, the car in front of me did the same thing, I think. I decided to go inside, the young man at the counter was cheery and helpful but seemed very new.While I waited for my meal I saw a few more people drive through the drivethru without stopping at the window. There seemed to be at least 4-5 people working, I'm not sure why no one answered the drivethru at any point.Virtually everything inside seemed dirty and poorly maintained, plus very dated. The overall issues here seem to be problems with the owner/store manager.
I really dislike when people reference the location for not having "tarter sauce"...."your at Kiest & Polk" is that a excuse not to have tarter sauce! SMH...customer service is......

I NEED HELP TO WALK THERE WAS AN OLD MAN WHO REALLY NEEDED HELP THERE WAS NO SIGN TO USE THE DRIVE THRU.... I'm 45 he is about 60 please be considered an post a sign that says... We don't care if you can't walk we don't care... Walk to the door if you can go back to your car same way.
