“Been coming here once a month since they opened. Three words.....AN INCREDIBLE PLACE. Food is plentiful and delicious.....every time I have been. Atmosphere is a little small but it really adds to the whole experience. Can't say enough about how incredibly friendly the staff is......EVERYTIME I have been. Waiting for a table is not unexpected this place is THAT GOOD!“

“I stopped into Jack Ruby‘s on July 30 after walking daily Plaza all day in 104° heat. I had put it on my list to visit and I was not disappointed. The beer is cold and there is a great selection. I was so thirsty I had three Coors in a row. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was great. The wait staff is very friendly and does a great job. I highly recommend Jack Ruby’s saloon. I only wish I lived closer. I would be a regular patron. Thanks for a great time and the beers!“

“This place has the widest variety of beers to choose from of any brewery I have been to in Dallas. They very rarely make more than one of a particular style, and they treat each new beer with respect to its origins. Incredible ambiance, great music, and one of the biggest outdoor patios in all of the Downtown Dallas area. They even have a parking lot that they validate for (address on their website) So for those of whom are worried about not being able find affordable parking, worry no further. Great beers, great people.“

“Before my flight yesterday, I stopped to grab something to eat, and the young lady who assisted me, Ja’bre, was amazing. Even while she was in training, she performed exceptionally well—honestly, I never would have known she was training if she hadn’t mentioned it. She was polite, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. Her positive attitude truly stood out and made my experience a great one.“

“Our chef Manny was great, per usual! My family and I have been to this location a handful of times and usually leave satisfied. The only complaints I have is the cold temperature in the building and the slow waitress service. All in all our food is usually cooked to perfection and the show is great for the kids.“
