This is legit Neapolitan style pizza. We ordered the 12 inch pepperoni (the way it should be). Be forewarned, if you are not familiar with Neapolitan style pizza, it is NOT Pizza Hut, I do not recommend taking it home or ordering delivery. Eat it hot and fresh! This pizza is supposed to have a crisp (some may say burnt) crust. It is pretty busy on the weekend due to the farmers market but the pizza was ready in about 5 minutes. Really stellar pizza - some of my favorite in Dalllas. The four cheese and the standard pepperoni are great staples that transcend all expectations. I love how they have staffers go around the farmers market handing out free mini-slices. They are all very friendly! It’s what got me to try it!
