I had an amazing experience last night at Bellatrino Pizzeria. Once I learned it's inside the Farmers Market I knew it was going to be amazing. The guy at the counter made it a point to let me know they make their dough in-house from scratch he also let me know they made their cheese also from scratch. That got me excited. We ordered the pizza rolls which came out even with hot marinara for dipping. You could taste the fresh dough and the crispy texture from the fire deck...
Had a nice meal here and really enjoyed the overall experience. The pizza was the highlight loaded with toppings, perfectly cooked, and balanced without being too greasy or salty. The crust had a great texture and was baked just right. The pasta was good as well and made for a satisfying meal, even if it wasn't the standout dish. The service was friendly and efficient, making everything even more enjoyable.
