I had the egg, bacon, and cheese on a sesame bagel, and it was fantastic. The real standout for me was the egg ,cooked perfectly and honestly made the whole sandwich next level. The bacon was crispy, the bagel was fresh, and everything came together exactly how a great breakfast sandwich should.
Pro tip: schedule your to-go order through their website ahead of time, especially on weekends. The lines get long for a reason, and ordering ahead saves a ton of time.

I've been trying to contact the restaurant for past one week and they don't respond. I have issue with my order which was delivered incorrectly and I don't see any staff answering my call. Frustating as the service is pathetic. Hope they look at this review and respond.

The staff at the Lakewood location are super friendly! What great people. The food was amazing. I had the jalepeno cheddar bagel with salmon, egg and cream cheese. This by far was the best bagel I've ever had. I'll be a repeat customer.

Order was made incorrectly which they refunded, but you can’t sell bagels that look like they’ve been run over in a parking lot.
Today was my first time to visit Benny's and the food did not disappoint. The bagel tasted soft and fresh. Benny's offers a wide variety of tasty options and I will hopefully be back to try the hot honey pizza and stuffed bagel.
The only downside to the experience is the atmosphere and cold service. I didnt feel welcomed or even like having customers was appreciated. Simply sounding like your excited to service the public goes along way. You dont gotta smile or be bubbly. Just be welcoming and dont rely on just you great food to survive. Customer and business relationships go along way especially if you want to be viral.

There is always a debate on who has the best bagels in Dallas. Many places have good bagels but Benny's is by far the best. They never disappoint. You have to try the cheddar jalapeno bagel if spicy food is your thing.

Starting off, I love Benny’s. Favorite bagels in Dallas. However, today I ordered an Uber Eats order and there was a promotion going on for Buy One Get One Free, so I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and got a free cookie. I wanted the cookie, I was excited for the cookie. Cookie doesn’t show up. Please don’t promote deals when you won’t honor them and include them. It was even on the receipt. Will update review back to 5 stars. I only got the sandwich because it was going to come with a cookie. Womp womp.
