3 different times now have Been told 45 minutes for delivery, there should be no reason for it to exceed 2+ hours . Very disappointing to get cold food, or Burnt food after such a wait. We used to buy from here weekly and I always recommend them over any other place. sadly we will not be going here anymore.
We ordered a party pack we were told it'd be 45mins to an hour. it took them an hour and a half and gave us a cheese sheet when we ordered and paid for 4 different toppings. the resolution was us to wait another 30mins for them to make another sheet and give them back the cheese sheet we got. of course they ended up taking way longer then they said to bring the new sheet. so in total we waited 3 hours for a sheet pizza and wings. they didn't even offer any compensation for the...read full review
