Elizabeth Chambers, we've been coming to Bird Bakery in HP Village ever since you opened. I think your baking staff needs more training on consistency with their cupcakes. Over the past year we've noticed them being more dry, and the frosting style is very inconsistent, especially with the seasonal ones. Always well stocked, well staffed and great atmosphere. Lots of options for food; soup, salads, savory and sweet items. Food quality consistently good. Iced lemonade tea and latte are amazing as well! My dad loves their pecan pie 🥧.
