Love everything about this place. The food was amazing and the service was excellent as always. This is my to go place for special occasions and they never disappoint

The service, food and ambience was fantastic. Our waiter was very attentive along with the manager. I have a tradition of taking two of my grandkids and sitting outside. We go during the holidays and watch as the tree's light up in HPV. Fun was had by all again. A wonderful restaurant to sit outside when the nights are warmer during this festive season ❤️

One of my favorite go to places...they always make you feel like you should be celebrating something...whatever that might be. Never had a bad experience and always a great place to go. Highly recommend the lobster salad with a wonderful glass of champagne. Michael the manager makes you feel like you have been friends forever. 😉

This is one of our favorite Dallas restaurants but our dinner the other night was better than ever! Food was great as always but our waiter, Steven, was outstanding, giving us great suggestions and expert service, and made our experience the best ever. We'll definitely be back soon!

Always great! My wife had a dish that was a special that had pasta with fried soft shell crab that she described as one of the best dishes she has ever had. Highly recommended coming here!

Went in for a quick brunch at 1:30 after church. The restaurant was full, burt nots overcrowded. The parking lot was jammed! When we went in we were escorted to our reserved table immediately. The interior of the restaurant is attractive and thoughfully decorated. I was ready to settle in to some very good food. I ordered eggs benedict and my wife ordered ricotta lemon pancakes. The pancakes were on a large platter with bacon and eggs as well as the pancakes. For both of us the best food at our table was the bacon- very smoky- reminded me of Benton's (my favorite). The menu said the eggs benedict was made with country hame- not true. The flavor of the ham was bland and the hollindaise was equally bland. My wife thought the pancakes were heavy but tasty. The waitstaff cound not have been more attentive. Just the food, one tonic water, and no alcohol and our bill was around $60 with tip. One would have expected more. It's not the waitstaff's fault- they are well trained and the service was excellent. It's the kitchen: I wish the food was more tasty.

Bistro 31 is our go to place to celebrate birthdays or anniversary's. We share the Dover Sole. No other restaurant in Dallas compares to the preparation and service of this fish. I had escargot and my wife had the soup. Both were outstanding. Our waiter was fabulous. What more can I say!!

When arriving we went upstairs not realizing there were two levels. The young guy I met when was more interested in talking to the girl staff members. After I told him we had a reservation, he laughed and said he had plenty of tables and we were seated at a small table. Instead of explaining that the reservation may have been for downstairs. I would have prefered a bigger table. The waitress was "short" with her responses and honestly looked/acted hungover. Overall the food was good, just less than a great experience. If is a next time, I will know.

Our server Kostai was attentive, amazing and polite and fabulous. He made our evening fun and love filled. The food was delicious and top quality. We will come back.

That Sam I am, That Sam I am-great waiter who communicated well.excellent stand in manager from Houston and all else was its usual perfection. Bistro was bustling on this Monday night. The filet was cooked to perfectly. The risotto was too delicious to be left behind. The lobster bisque was filled either diced lobster. The grilled octopus was not to be missed, so we didn't.
