This is my second time here, and it continues to impress! From the extremely accommodating staff to the outstanding food and the little "above-and-beyond" touches...Will Guidara would be proud! And I can't say enough great things about our server, Emma. She made fantastic recommendations and really went out of her way to create a great experience for us.
I think bistro 31 is the classiest café in America. I live in Fort Worth and was going shopping in Dallas. So, my friend and I decided to grab brunch at bistro 31. The service was old world, fabulous. The food was excellent. I love this restaurant.
Our waiter Steven was beyond exceptional to my mother in law and me. He was kind, thoughtful, funny and just super caring. Visiting from Newport Beach, he made our evening in Dallas incredibly memorable! I can't wait to return in October!
