Red hair bartender with the dreads didnt really made me feel welcome the moment I asked for a drink for the Luka vs mavs game … I felt like she was irritated with me or something but Alberto was definitely a silver lining he attended me rather then the bartender I appreciated him boomerjacks gotta do something where everyone feels welcome

If i could give this place zero stars i would ! customer service SUCKS. all my food was cold i waited over a hour just to get my food after being seated i ordered 2 drinks from the bar their both flavored down with flavor asked for them to be remade they still didnt make them correctly, after alllll this i asked for my bill my waitress decides shes gonna write herself a $50 tip putting my account in the negatives my food was only $190.68 i walked out paying 240.68 !

It is December 40 degrees out and they have the big sliding door open! I’m freezing they don’t care I’m never coming here again worse service in year. Spoke the manager he told me I could pay my bill and get out it is winter how dumb can you be! Never got my meal was forced to find a friendly place to eat!

Where should I start?!! First, the waitresses were gone for long periods as we waited for our food. Secondly, I ordered a double shot of 1800 and upon the first taste, it tasted NOTHING like it. When I reordered the drink, it then tasted like what I normally drink.

Well, needless to say my experience was not ideal. I was trying to eat dinner when a fellow customer said hey man, there’s something on your back. I proceeded to look at my shoulder and there was a massive cockroach. Like the ones that fly. I also proceeded to inform the manager on duty His exact words were” Maybe you brought it with you” The sad part is this is not the first time this is happened to me at a Boomerjack. I also had an experience with a cockroach at the Mesquite location. Which tells me that this is par for the course as far as corporate management goes. Needless to say overall, a terrible horrible experience, and I will not be going back there ever. I will say the staff, the bartenders and servers were exceptional. The management is less than subpar, but the staff was great.
Food Food is great. Service needs improvement. (pay attention and listen carefully) The TVs are too loud. No sound much appreciated appreciated. We come there for us, not for TV.
