This was my second time at this location 3441 Marsh Lane location. I am impressed by the service, team work, and the way they overall treat people. Man!!!! They have a system down, as I seen them work together. Hats off to this location. Whoever trained them needs to train other restaurants.

The person who helped me was very rude, they called me by number but I didn't have the shake and when I asked him for it, he told me, very upset, that I should wait for them to call me by my number. That's stupid, if you're not ready to call me and He still treats me badly. Bad service.

The food, service, and atmosphere were all great, but when I went with my injured father, the handicapped doors were not working. I pushed the button to open them, first on the outside then on the inside, and it did not work at all.

Had the bacon double burger. Was ok. Had no flavor tasted plain or from frozen. Strawberry shake the ice cream tasted like freezer burn. Sad when we had it last this place used to be great. Won't be back to this location.
Ice cream is always great, unfortunately the place is filthy. Floors, counters, equipment all dirty. Bananna peels sitting out on the counters, syrups dripping from the machines, ice cream glass needs to be cleaned. Needs attention.

Absolutely amazing experience, good food, good hospitality and smiles everywhere you looked.
Overall it's pretty good but the burgers come out too quickly for the meat to have been cooked fresh. Oddly though, the fries are always fresh
