I ordered an online lunch order and when I arrived it wasn't ready but I was a few mins early so I didn't mind waiting.They ended up running out the chicken I ordered so they let me sub an item. In addition, the manager who greeted me when I arrived refunded me my money, gave me a free drink, and let me know I was eligible for employee discounts. THIS is how you customer service!! I'll be using that discount a lot! He deserves an award

Dana at the Plano location is an absolute Godsend and such a joy. She brightened up my entire day and made it to where I will be returning just to see her! Well, that and to have more delicious food ☺️

We used Bread Winners for our daughter's morning wedding and it was perfect for the intimate brunch we had planned! The service was great and the food was for the most part!
I would give it 5 stars if I wasn't so selective on my waffles. If I could change anything we would have had an onsite waffle station. Other than that, everything was wonderful!!

We recently (December 2023) ordered a few items for a holiday cocktail party we were hosting for about 20 people. I found the team to be very responsive to my order and questions. The prices seemed very fair and pick-up at the Henderson Catering location was a breeze. But most importantly the food was delicious! The fried chicken cocktail sandwiches with jalapeño honey were a hit. The dessert tray was also really, really good. The hummus for the vegetable platter was fresh and not store bought. The bacon and cheddar stuffed potatoes were also really good. Overall we would definitely use them again!

Holiday orders beware!!!!!! I just did an online order and the online portal doesn't allow you to put in a pickup location. It puts your pickup in Dallas. When I called today to have my pickup location placed at Breadwinners Plano I was told that there would be a 10% delivery fee, almost $25 delivery on top of my food order. Basically more than a dollar a mile for them to get the products form Dallas to Plano. This is not stated onine at all and would be considered a hidden for profit fee! HEB only charges $6-$9 for deliveries that are much further out. You would think after purchasing almost $200 in food there would not be such an extreme delivery fee for a delivery to one of their locations they are already going to!!!!! I also, did a Thanksgiving order and there was no such fee.

Edna makes sure catering is top notch. She goes the extra mile for her customers. The food is always a crowd pleaser. Thank you Bread Winners for having such a great team member as Edna!!

Consistent and affordable catering with holiday menus.

My company got bread winners for an office lunch. My beef fajita taco lunch was made wrong. It did not have the topping described in the menu, had additional toppings that were not described on the menu, and they got my order wrong. Also, the food was not great, just a step above airplane food but it still costed nearly $15 for my meal. Also portion size was small for the price. Disappointing.

You know I called up there to find out why my w-2 don't have federal taxes taken out and y'all give me the run around telling me they were then why doesnt what your saying reflect on my w-2 oh that's right because it's a modified w2 y'all typed it up but didn't type in my federal taxes with held and now y'all giving me the run-around it's not hard to just send the correct w2

My wife and I had a brunch wedding, and Breadwinners and their team (especially Quinn) were OUTSTANDING. Not to mention that the food was amazing, but Quinn was also able to work out the perfect amount of food for our guests. We didn't have too little food, but we definitely had enough.

Bread Winners has become our go-to caterer due to their responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to accommodate our special requests. Their food is always fresh, beautifully presented and delicious! Quinn Hughes and Laura Wilborn are phenomenal to work with. We've catered everything from a simple lunch to a happy hour to a full-on, build-your-own omelet station, and the feedback we've gotten from our attendees has been positive every time. Quinn and Laura are always able to find a way to make our vision come to fruition while making us feel like we aren't asking for something too big or difficult. Highly recommend them for catering small to large events!
