I got here really late after an outing and a few mishaps back to back. Jayson was very hospitable and no lie quite handsome. I love the kiosk system and fast service. My kids got the chicken parm (fried) & pizza dumplings (bao). I ordered the Mac and cheese (fried). Each order comes with a complimentary sauce. I do wish parking was a little better but it was club hours if I must be honest. Great late night snack!! I’m so grateful for Jayson though he could kinda tell how flustered I was and he was so nice about everything. The world needs more compassionate people like him. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!Kid-friendliness: My kids were not an issue, but they also are raised with manners and respect.

The pastrami and Swiss was amazing! My accomplice also really loves the bacon cheeseburgers. You must try these flavors. Some reviews talk about how the food is cold or seems reheated but I really didn't think that when I was eating my dumplings; they were crunchy and hot. Although, I can only speak for the specialty dumplings.Some problems we had with our order was that 1. We ordered an extra sauce (soy sauce) for 50 cents but we didn't receive the soy sauce and there's actually soy sauce packets next to the soda machine. 2. The instructions to receive your order are really confusing. I re read the instructions many times, but there is someone there to help you so it wasn't that bad. He also gave us some free sauce because it goes well with pastrami and Swiss and it did!I will say that the Korean BBQ wasn't my favorite. I think I was expecting more of a bulgolgi flavor, but it was kind of sour. My accomplice didn't mind though. We also got the apple pie dumplings very unique and we even got some ice cream to go with it. I really liked the ice cream and the apple pie dumplings were decent. The issue was that it was more sour than sweet to me

I got this delivered and the food was less than stellar. The crispy dumplings were okay, but not particularly remarkable. I got 2 different orders of lo mein, one with sweet and sour sauce and one with kung pao sauce and I could not tell which was which. The one with an orange color was flavorless. I got some pork dumplings in broth and they were more pink in the center than I was comfortable with. I also ordered peanut sauce and did not receive it. It was my first time ordering from this place and I was excited about it, but it will also be the last as I was left disappointed.

Seen this establishment on a Facebook video and wanted to try it out. Got the traditional dumplings both pork and chicken teriyaki and a 3 meat combo for my family to try it out. The dumplings were delicious only negative comments I have is the teriyaki dip was not my cup of tea and no description of what is in the dumplings. I drove over an hour to try them out and for sure will be back.Vegetarian options: Rice , noodles, waffle fries and edamameDietary restrictions: They have gluten free itemsWheelchair accessibility: Yes everything is accessible for wheelchairs

Food was delicious! The crispy bites were fire--we got Shrimp peanut sauce and teriyaki chicken. Also loved the fire pork dumplings. The macaroni dumplings were the weakest link and they weren't even bad.I knew this going in, so I was looking forward to the experience, but be advised this is an automat. You order from a kiosk and your food comes out of a little door. There is no service.Also limited seating but that didn't seem to be a problem.
