This place was just okay. The food was very mid. The dumplings were good but nothing better than frozen dumplings you can have at home. The rice was made perfectly and the soup tasted good as well. This is a place good for a quick lunch but nothing special. It’s a gimmicky place where you order on a kiosk and your food is placed into a locker for you to pick up. Jayson was an excellent team member. He was friendly and helped me navigate the menu and ordering. The food was excellent and served fresh (piping hot). This was my first time eating Brooklyn Dumpling House and I will definitely be back.
I don't know how I didn't know about this spot as much as I love dumplings! I was in deep Ellum and after a concert a friend suggested we go get dumplings and I will say I was confused because 1. It was late 2. I have never heard of this place.
