“On my first visit to this location so far, I dined in with another person. I had 1 risky biscuit, 1 iced cinnamon biscuit, 1 the farmer, and 1 peach-berry lemonade. The risky biscuit and iced cinnamon biscuit were fine. The farmer biscuit was good, and I wouldn't mind ordering this biscuit sandwich again. The peach-berry lemonade was excellent.I intend to visit again to try some sidekicks and/or shareables in addition to another entrée.“
“We came on the earlier side, no ressies taken at this location. We were seated immediately and was acknowledged soon after by our waitresss.For our starters we ordered the deviled eggs… it was very good!!!Sadly, our dinner came just about five minutes into the starters, which made us rush to finish.The waitress was not apologetic whatsoever and just dropped off the plates of dinner and side of green beans. Any other time I would of kindly asked for them to hold it or remake it fresh when we were ready but I’ve worked at a fine dining restaurant (unlike this place, still solid) and that’s a cardinal sin to request your dinner to be held. So I knew better and we just accepted all what came to the table.Lucky for us we were pretty hungry so it was fine, that time.The food was delicious. The gravy thick and flavorful. “I've been to palmers numerous times and never get to write a review because i always immediately dig in, but here we are now! Palmers has many hot chicken options, many heat levels and many soul food options. I've never been disappointed during any visit to palmers. The customer service is always top tier, they go out of their way to serve you whether you're dining in or to go! I always get the novice level which is spicy in my opinion! I'm from Louisiana and the novice big dark had my nose running, however the novice tenders are mild tasting! Palmers is very family friendly, they have covered outdoor seating with game like; bean bag toss and giant connect 4! Entrees i recommend are; chicken tacos, chicken and waffles, catfish(authentic!) and BIG DARK (enough to feed 2 people, only $14).“
“I always love this restaurant b/c I feel like I have done something good for my body. New menu is good, but sorry to see the old Salmon dish has been discontinued. It was so good. Tip for the restaurant....the hostess had so much perfume on it almost upset my stomach. The last thing a restaurant employee should do is wear fragrance of any kind.“
“A couple of friends and I stopped into this bar last night and it was a great experience!!! The cocktails Chris and Eddie made were delicious and they gave amazing service! We tried the chick full gay nuggets and fries and that was delicious as well. Will definitely be stopping by again next time I'm in Dallas.“

“I came from Waco for an in and out occasion and looked for a taco place nearby, this was one of the results. It was not the most rated, but had good reviews. Honestly, we were not disappointed the least, very delicious ?. I got the empanadas with chicken and side of beans, the empanadas had mashed potatoes inside as well. My friend had a chicken torta, even though she modified it a bit for medical reasons, she said it was very delicious. Good service, place was clean, even had the Avatar on the TV, no loud comottion inside from customers or employees.“
“2nd time coming here and I’m obsessed. Last time I got the 2 breast combo, it came with two breast (the seasoning is amazing) fries 2 pieces of bread a pepper and pickle slices + a drink for like $9. So good! Today I got the fish basket, also fries/bread/pepper pickles, also about $9 with a drink. The lady was so nice and my food was cooked to order, I waited like 4 min. Seriously a hidden gem.“
“Ordered the big breakfast plate (eggs with cheese, potatoes, grits, bacon & 2 pancakes. They doing it right up here, cinnamon pancakes, eggs were well seasoned, bacon was crispy not burnt, grits were hot & fresh. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and I'll definitely be coming back soon.“
“The chicken soup was not as flavorful as I would’ve expected. We didn’t like one of the drinks they served us, but they wouldn’t even be courteous enough to change it for something different. Prices are expensive for the flavorless foods. The Tajadas were good though and The Baleadas too, but the service is mediocre. BTW, The bathrooms were super dirty plus no toilet paper. Yuck!“
“Me and my friends visited here yesterday and we had an amazing experience. We ordered 15 piece wings, Chicken Breast sandwich and we just loved that. “These folks are absolutely wonderful. They have the best breakfast tacos in town, made with fresh tortillas, stuffed full and sold at a fair price. Their lunch plates are phenomenal as well! Try the egg, Bacon, potato and beans breakfast tacos and their green pork guiso plate lunch. I’m so glad these guys are here, go and check them out!“
“I don't know how I didn't know about this spot as much as I love dumplings! I was in deep Ellum and after a concert a friend suggested we go get dumplings and I will say I was confused because 1. It was late 2. I have never heard of this place. We walked in and this place is pretty much a self sufficient spot where you place your order via the kiosk, you get your receipt and wait for your name to come up on the board to tel you that your order is ready in which you scan your receipt and the locker opens for you to pick up your food. My only issue was my food was put on the top level and I couldn't reach my food so I had to ask the guy to please get my food for me. The dumplings were good, I was given the option of steamed or fried - I went with steamed - however next time I think I'll try fried. My friend who brought me here had some type of soup dumpling that came with rice . . . She really enjoyed it. There is plenty of seating and they are open late so if you are craving some dumplings, check this place out.“
