Matt behind the bar and the rest of the crew here are 12/10, service with a smile, drinks never empty, food fast and prompt, best BWW experience I’ve had in a long time!

I was traveling home from a business trip and decided to stop here to eat prior to my flight. My waiter was phenomenal and attentive. I being the exhausted fool that I am absolutely obliterated a glass of water when I moved my laptop forward to adjust. A member of the staff named April jumped up without hesitation to help clean up the mess. The staff made me feel comfortable and valued as a patron. If you are coming through DFW I highly recommend this location!

25 mins to get food in a place that is all about time and schedule. Ppl have to get something and go, why does something simple take so long?!
The portions were small, the price was ridiculous, and they only brought me half my order!
Just shut it down and put something else there. Was a joke!

I waited at the bar for about 8 mins while both bartenders took orders. I even had a whole conversation with the guy next to me before I was seen. I actually had to say Rachel’s name from reading the guys receipt to get some service. Shortly after, I ordered wings and fries to go. I inquired about the wings to go special which was issue #1 for Rachel. I asked how long and she non-chalantly said 12mins. I was like whoa, you didn’t bother letting me know it was a wait and I already paid. Noted. Besides this interaction.- I literally was speaking on how much crunch time I have to get a drink and at-least get food to go while conversing with the guy next to me. This wasn’t looking like a great idea.??♂️.
As it came time for my boarding to end at D31, I ran back a total of 3 times from gate D31(literally down the stairs) allowed me to check-in on the order. The second time I ran back I said to the manager with the glasses “you can cancel the order”. When I ran back the last time, I asked about the order AGAIN with RACHEL and she carelessly walks in the back as I mention my flight was waiting on me. Some short-skinny masculine strutting woman came out like “what’s going on?!?” I didn’t yell, scream or point etc,(everyone deserved it playing with people’s time and money) She says you told him to cancel it. I say “it’s an order that was already being made. How is that?” (If we are counting down from the 12min mark RACHEL mentioned). She says again “you said to cancel it”. No courtesy, no concern and no empathy. A bunch of bravado and unhappy workers. This is horrible customer service.
I waited 8 mins to be serviced then told 12mins for a to-go order when you knew that was the objective… Following that, where in Jesus sandals was I running from so quickly to check in. NASTY WORK!
I hope the manager canceled my order as I requested…I should be getting a refund. CORRECT!
I wish y’all the best. Karma and the energy you project is real. I wish the best for ya’ll on your journey to better this location and/or yourselves. Don’t pass your misery onto others who have nothing to do it with.

I'm traveling alone, and I was not assigned to a table, so I waited (not in the bar) , then several tables were empty and the personnel skipped me for an hour! I complaint to the manager to finally be seated... embarrassing to escalate to get basic service... the potatoe wedges were burned to hell.. wing so so...same flavors though...

Had a great time. Was great to pass time between flights. I travel a lot in my line of work and I have to say my server Jazlynn was ONE OF THE BEST SERVERS I HAVE EVER HAD!!! She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu. I will be stopping there every chance I get.

Rachael was super knowledgeable about all of the drink selections and was super friendly to boot!!! It's so refreshing having an awesome wait staff at an airport restaurant!!

We had the friendliest greeter when we walked in and the food came fast. I also misplaced my receipt and Derek was able to help me two days later. Great B Dubz experience overall!

if i could give this a negative i would, this place is awful. tables dirty, had to stand and wait for the lady for like 10 mins for her to wipe the table? and when she did she snickered at us. no check ins on how the food is, no refills on drinks. completely awful, dont go here

I’m giving the biggest love and shout out to the waiter that helped me with my order today.
Since I’m only a tourist from the Netherlands going back home I only had 10.00$ and I’m 99.99% sure they don’t take maestro card so I was very weary and nervous. When it came to check out the waiter with a majestic beard and an amazing smile said it’s alright and spared me as I ordered onion rings as appetizer which the total was 11.14$
This is what I call service and hospitality and if the manager or hr sees this give this man a bonus or a raise! Thank you man may life bless you just like you blessed me
