Always love the wings but this spot has horrible service. My girlfriend who just got off work really had to use the bathroom but they wouldn’t let her. We tried to find somewhere near by but everywhere was either closed or had closed their bathrooms for the night. We got back after our search and they openly admitted to dropping our food and that the wait would be twice as long. They still wouldn’t let her use it so she was forced to hold it until our food was done. If you want BWW anytime after 7pm just find the actual restaurant this place sucks.

I accidentally placed and order here and immediately called for them to cancel the order. After multiple attempts of calling no one seemed to know anything and no one could help. They all said “I don’t know how to cancel an order”. I called multiple times afterwards and they kept saying manager would come in later. They apparently never had a manager on site because after multiple calls they kept saying she wasn’t there, wasn’t available whatever the case. They finally call and say they can’t give a refund cause the order was made even though I specifically told them it was not going to be picked up because it was the wrong location and for them not to make it. They are refusing to compensate in any way. Saying they’ll loose money twice but I lost money too.

I am not the one to write reviews but I had a horrible humiliating experience today. I came in while 5 other people were just standing around looking at each other not knowing if there was any employees onsite. An older guy comes out of the kitchen and asks me if I am there to pick up an order. I tell him I am there to place a new order, he laughs and says “not until another 20 min” and walks back into kitchen. For a second I thought he was joking , to find out he was being serious. Never coming back to this place.

Stopped on Monday afternoon June 3rd, with a 40 piece order and sides. Our girl was so helpful and quick to make our order as we waited maybe 15min max for our order we made as walk-ins. The wings tasted, okay. Not bad but not great either. Truly appreciate her customer service and quick turnaround on our order here, above all!

Get ready to get ripped off. There are items in the app and online that you can buy that they do not have at this store. They don't tell you they didn't have it. You are responsible for checking your order. When you tell them they missed an entire item and they tell you they don't have it, they refuse to take it off the bill and make you attempt to dispute it through the app. This option does not exist and they refuse to help you to show you how to dispute it. Then when you ask them to provide an alternative, they refuse. Absolute incompetence.Then when we looked closer at our order once we got home, we found they forgot another item that we were charged for. Again, there is no ability through the app to get a refund.Never go here, go to Wing Stop or anywhere other than this store!

This location never fails Since Open !!! The food, is amazing!!! I dare to say that their wing quality, taste, and flavors blow all of their competitors away. Make sure to try their Louisiana dry rub. Get their fries with easy seasoning and dip them in ranch, and you're all set! You will be wanting more, trust me. Brina introduced me to this combination and I just can’t get enough ..She’s Definitely delightful and gives the best customer service I’ve ran into since coming here .

It’s a nice light skin girl that work nights n weekends that’s at the front that’s always so friendly! I had a issue with my order and she fixed it immediately. Customer service 10/10 food 7/10 just because I had a issue however once fixed 9/10! I’ll be back for sure!
