I occasionally order from this restaurant, and it’s always a satisfying experience. The regular bowl is one of my favorites; flavorful, generous in portion, and perfect for takeout. Consistently delicious every time!

My Daughter loves Burning Rice! She’s the one who introduced me to it and I loved it, too! This would be great dinner for me. I ordered Bulgogi Signature Bowl for dinner. Some appetizers. Yum!

Had a great dinner with a friend at BR. Food was delicious. I had a beef bulgogi bowl. Got in and out pretty quickly. Restaurant wasn't busy at all.

My husband wanted to treat me to lunch and the place he took me to was too packed for our liking so he went on Google and found this place. I AM SO GLAD! I could eat this everyday, granted I am a huge Asian food lover but the hot pot option was so good. The crispy rice at the bottom was such a treat. We got a combo that came with dumplings and a miso soup. The dumplings were crispy not steamed, still very good. The miso soup is your usual miso with a good amount of tofu in it. I loved their signature and sesame sauce. We also shared a rib appetizer. They were cooked perfectly. Not too chewy, not too dry, just right. I am most definitely coming back. I love that it’s super laid back and the food is still fresh. No frills. You go in, place your own order, grab a number, grab your fountain drink and when the food is ready they bring it to you.

We were looking for Korean food closer to Northpark. We found this on Google and tried it. It was great! Way better than I expected after picking it up with no adjumahs in sight and a rather trendy looking spot. Flavors were on point and my friend from Korea really liked it too. I had the spicy garlic pork bowl and kimchi pancake. Pancake was smaller than expected but not bad. Pork was excellent and I love the selection of items that comes in the bowl. If I loved in the area instead of just visiting it would be a a regular spot.

I lived in Korea for 5 years and this is probably the best Korean food I’ve had since I came back!
Other places have a very watered down flavor to all of their meals but Burning Rice feels more flavorful and authentic

Lunch was ruined for a vegetarian patron because of a lack of empathy and accommodation for their dietary needs.
They simply wanted to substitute the dumplings, which are not vegetarian, for the spring rolls, which are vegetarian. There is no difference in pricing. Yes, it was an accommodation that was asked for after payment was taken, but the price is the exact same.
People with dietary restrictions should not have to feel uncomfortable asking for accommodations. They really should not have to feel terrible during a lunch outing because of a lack of sensitivity from an employee at any establishment, let alone one centered in the City of Dallas.
A tip was even given, and in return, a patron was left feeling uncomfortable and disheartened during their meal.
I'm positive that management would agree that this wasn't worth accommodating one of their guests. I guess we will see how or even if they respond.
Ridiculous.

Was unwilling to make a vegetarian substitution for abundant bowl. Order said it came with pork beef and vegetable dumplings. I ordered paid for the bowl and then was informed after checking that they didn’t have vegetables dumplings. I requested they replace it with 1 spring roll (and order of 2 is 3 dollars) and they said no. They did replace with an extra miso soup which is literally more expensive than a single spring roll. I settled for two bowls of miso soup but was extremely disappointed by their customer service.

The food was AMAZING but my goodness that staff was absolutely trash…the entire staff looked like they hated life & were rude as hell…didn’t understand why they were so pissed off since it wasn’t busy but i cannot lie the food is amazing…i highly recommend to just order uber eats from there if you can

3rd time eating here. Food is excellent, fresh, hot, healthy and packed with flavor. The Spicy Bulgogi Beef is out of this world and the Melon drink is wonderful too.
A little on the $ side but food and service are great!
