The service was VERY slow which I can deal with. All the condiments were very tiny and took forever to get. Daughter ordered a stack of blueberry pancakes, and they gave her two regular pancakes with a blueberry pancake on top. The blueberry pancake wasn’t even cooked all the way so she couldn’t eat it. I had to get up to go get more condiments and I saw three other tables get up to get their own silverware after they had already got their food. This place reeks of poor management and being cheap.

We had Cecilia as our server today and she is always fantastic! We have always loved seeing her for the last 3 years, she interacts with our little one and is just great at her job! The food is always on point and we rave the whole day about it! We are BuzzBrew fanatics!

TL;DR Slow service and dirty glassware brought to the table.I went to BuzzBrews with a group of friends for brunch on a Tuesday. There were a few tables when we entered but everyone seemed to be finishing up or finished. We were told a few times that they needed another minutes before coming to our table to take our order, and in the end we probably waited 15 minutes before getting our order taken. Throughout the entire experience we had very slow service, including not refilling water.The Mrs. Buzz should be passed, it was bland and lacked seasoning and flavor. The French Connection Crepe was okay but overall it just wasn’t for me, but it was not bad or horrible.The cleanliness and attention to detail of the place was a huge bother for us. We were seated at a window that had a decaying potted plant that was giving off an unpleasant smell. It was a bother for myself and another friend who was sitting the closest to the plant, obviously no one wants to smell rot while eating. Another friend received a cup of coffee that still had lip stick along the rim of the cup and food caked onto the side of it. When we brought it to the attention of a waitress we were told they couldn’t remake that drink anymore so they picked a different drink to make. There was no further acknowledgment or apology about the dirty glassware or their inability to serve her the same drink she originally wanted. When my friend brought up getting charged for a drink she didn’t receive, the only solution was to take the cheapest item (25¢) off the bill.

First time going here and it was excellent all around. There were twelve of us and the costumer service was wonderful. A very warm and inviting environment plus the food was delicious! Plus they have a little robot waiter that delivers the food to the table. I will definitely be back

BuzzBrews is the host for the MetroTex Association of Realtors east Dallas meeting. They are very welcoming and attentive. The coffee is great, to food is delicious.If you have an event, the back room is perfect as there is a ton of space and seating for many, and even a stage for presentations.

This place checks all the boxes, unique, upbeat, cool vibe, creative and diverse menu. Perfect place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Every plate is perfect with visual and culinary presentation. The staff, wait people are friendly and actually seem to be enjoying their self. The Robot food server was freaking awesome, unexpected, and show worthy. I know whenever we're on that side of town we're going to drop in. Looks like a good place to just catch a buzz.

1st time here. Luv the fresh fruit & food. The fruit bowl is enough for 2 people. Best tasting toast I’ve ever had. Many coffees to choose from. Got a kick out of the robot server. Locally owned.
Extensive menu, with emphasis on breakfast-all-day items. Their cooks are great and turn out consistent plates. Most of the servers are very polite, friendly, and efficient. I feel comfortable and at-home here, even when I am dining alone at night. It's a huge place that is not super-crowded during the week. But very popular on weekends, FYI. Menu has shrunk and changed a little since the pandemic, but all the standouts, like French Connection, remain. I think their pancakes are outstanding! Hi, Earnest!!!

We were regular to the Buzz Brews on Lemmon Ave few years back. We were in the dallas downtown area and were disappointed to learn the lemmon ave location was closed and decided to try the one in deep ellum, which is temporarily closed for renovation.This location did not disappoint and was worth driving around. It has good ambiance, the bar area has rustic ambiance. They have robo serving food to some of the tablesWe were promptly seated. We ordered Mr. Buzz, Amigas with Veg Sausage, Queso Si and Grilled Cheese with fries for kids.All of them tasted amazing and fresh. Kids loved the food as well. At this location waitress has to bring coffee which was different than the other location. My wife was little disappointed that they removed Veggie Veggie from the menu.Will definitely go back if I am in area

We ordered the pit grill breakfast, the pancakes were fluffy and a big size. The bacon was crispy and delicious. The eggs were perfectly over-medium. We also ordered the egg sandwich, which was delicious as always. The potatoes "Mr.C" style are full of flavor. We will definitely be back to explore the menu more.

This particular restaurant is great. Their food always comes out tasting amazing and the waiters are very friendly and attentive. I have tried a lot of their different plates and nothing has really done me wrong. Their flavored coffees are tasty.I can’t wait until they bring back the coffee bar to self serve.
