What a great Chinese Hunan Bistro. My wife and I were over by SMU and saw this corner Chinese food restaurant on SMU Blvd. We stopped in and were we impressed! The open kitchen is what first caught my eye! Freshly prepared food where you can see the chef cooking in the woks! The smells were wonderful. The menu was a classic array of Chinese dishes that all sounded appealing. I ordered some eggdrop soup and a pork egg roll to start. The soup had a thick base and was full of egg....read full review
