Oishii Sushi & Pan-Asian is a lively and vibrant venue. The restaurant serves up fresh sushi with creativity in each roll, including wonderful cuts of fish like toro and king salmon. Customers love the great food and the server who was excellent, knowledgeable and attentive, helping with gluten free restrictions. The food was really good, with freshness and flavor of everything. There was no weak link, with lots of options for gluten free dining. The rolled sushi and fried rice were fine, though mostly on the typical side. The curry chicken wasn’t for everyone, but others enjoyed it. The Oishii roll didn’t work for some, while other rolls were solid but unremarkable. Prices lean toward the higher side, and while the atmosphere was nice, the table was cramped and the check-in experience was awkward. Josh, the server, made the experience wonderful, helping to pick out phenomenal rolls.
