This is a great place to go for amazingly delicious pizza, pasta, salads & sandwiches. My friend and I each had the side Caesar salad and it was the best Caesar dressing I have ever had. I just wish they would have added croutons. My husband had the side garden salad and it was really nice too. It had tomato, cucumber, and a little red onion. He really enjoyed it.
Our service was great, thank you Jared!! Jared was very attentive, keeping our drinks refilled, (water & soda) and clearing our empty plates. He offered us dessert and we chose the Tiramasu. (Sorry that I forgot to snap a picture. ) It was was so delicious! Very creamy and flavorful. It was a large enough potion that we split it 3 ways and it was enough. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are above average. We stayed a long time visiting and enjoying ourselves and they never made us feel rushed to leave. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We come to this location a couple of times a month at least. It’s the best location on earth esp if you have kids. Consistently excellent food. Tonight, we had the best server: AUSTIN
He was so helpful. So engaging. Helpful with suggesting items we haven’t tried which is so rare because we have had everything.

Sat immediately. Great food. Very fast service. Food was fast. My drink never hit empty. Very kind and attentive server. Best service I have had in a long time. Greeted at the door and thanked for coming in as leaving. Very impressed. Highly recommend.
First, let me say that the restaurant was immaculate. I have OCD, so anytime I see a clean restaurant, it makes me more comfortable to order food. This was my first time at Cane Rosso. I heard that it was on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives back in April 2012. I had high expectations! I also grew up in NYC, so my pizza standards are high lol. It wasn't NYC thin-crust pizza, which I was told beforehand, but the pizza still tasted good. I had the 10-inch pepperoni. I think the Parmesan tater tots were my favorite. I definitely will be back to try the pasta. They also have happy hour from 3 pm to 6 pm Monday through Friday people who like to drink after work. Definitely would recommend bringing a friend. Austin was super friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, Cane Rosso is an excellent place to get pizza in Dallas!

We were told there was a 35-minute wait for a table, but there were many open tables. Servers and hosts were not happy to serve. The food wasn't bad, but it seemed very disorganized. Especially since they don't seem to be understaffed.

Pizza was soggy topping fell off. Waitress did not write down order and forgot our salad. It is extremely noisy. The layout needs to be redone. The host stand right by the door is always a traffic jam.

Had a great dinner last night. Our server Rainy was top notch. As always the capra and margarita did not disappoint. When you come in try the ladybird to end your evening. You won't be disappointed!

Revised Review - The manager actually took care of us due to the delays - what started as a bad visit, was addressed very well by the staff. Would definitely come back

I’ve been wanting to try this place out for years now. Sad to say it wasn’t worth the hype. Pizza was very oily! Service 5/5, atmosphere 5/5 and food 1/5

Ordered delivery. Waited over an hour. Called to ask for update. Was told there was NO estimate and the kitchen was full. Then why accept orders? Unclear. Terrible customer service.
I had a hankering for pasta and luckily Came Russo had their $10 pasta for Labor Day. The White Rock location is my preference but I decided to dine at this location. The service was great. Austin was perceptive and could tell I just wanted a meal and to read content on my phone. He came over to top off my drink without being asked and, ensured the meal was to my satisfaction and left me alone.
I love Cane Russo's ranch dressing, it's the best of its kind and always consist. If there was a gallon of it, I'd drink it all. I always order it with a side of their crispy tater tots. The truffle carbonara was decent. It leaned more on the saltier side. I think next time I'll order the pizza.
